All submissions will be considered for a full release on our Avocado Books imprint, or can be published independently under the author’s name if more appropriate.

Please ensure your submission package to Avocado is complete and includes:                                                                               

 

*The text in the correct format (12-point font, double spaced, page

  numbered. Poetry can be presented in its original form)                         

 

*A short covering letter detailing word count, genre, and any other relevant details/questions you would like to put to us                                                      

*A synopsis (fiction) or a proposal letter/chapter outline (non-fiction). No synopsis is needed for short stories or poetry.                                                        

* Send your work to us by email at avocadobooks@gmail.com
(we charge a 10p per page printing fee up to £30) or to the address below.         

NB - If you would like your work returned to you, please include a SAE with sufficient postage attached. Please indicate clearly if you would prefer the copy to be returned to you ‘clean’ in case of any light annotations. All manuscripts sent without a SAE will be securely recycled.
